Policy Statement on Graphic Submissions

Customer Responsibility for Print-Ready Graphics

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all graphics submitted for printing are fully prepared and meet our requirements. Specifically, this means:

Resolution: Graphics must be at a minimum of 300 DPI.

Backgrounds: The background must be transparent unless a background is intentionally included.

Accuracy: All spelling, grammar, and design elements must be correct and finalized.

File Completeness: Graphics must be complete and ready for printing as-is.

Limitations on Image Editing and Creation

We do not create, edit or buy graphics. If you submit an image that is a screenshot or is not print-ready without purchasing our design service, your order will be canceled.

Please note: If your graphic has a white or black background, that is still considered a background. Please remove it.

Illegal use of graphic

Trademarked, copyrighted, and watermarked graphics will not be printed.

Printing of Submitted Graphics

If you submit graphics with issues such as:

A background where it should be transparent,

Visible lines or artifacts from improper background removal,

Blurriness or low resolution,

Cropped or cut-off elements,

Incorrect spelling or other errors,

These issues will be printed as-is. We do not offer free reprints for errors in the graphics you submit. A free reprint will only be issued if a mistake is deemed to be our fault.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure all graphics are print-ready according to our guidelines.

Follow these simple steps for flawless, professional-quality transfers:

Set Your Heat Press Temperature: Adjust your press to 320°F for optimal results.

Pre-Press the Garment: Remove any moisture or wrinkles by pressing the garment for a few seconds.

Position the Transfer: Place the DTF transfer design side down onto your garment.

Cover with Protective Film: Use the provided protective film to ensure even pressure and protection.

Press the Design: Apply heat for 20-30 seconds using medium pressure.

Peel the Transfer: Perform a hot or cold peel, though a cold peel is recommended for best results.

Finish with a Second Press: After peeling, place the protective film back over the design and press again for 5 seconds to secure the image and enhance durability.

By following these steps, you’ll achieve vibrant, long-lasting designs with ease.

To keep your DTF-printed apparel vibrant and long-lasting, follow these care tips:

Washing: Machine wash in cold water, inside-out, on a gentle cycle. Use the recommended amount of detergent for your washer.

Avoid Fabric Softeners: Fabric softeners are not recommended as they can affect the transfer's durability.

Drying: Tumble dry on a low cycle, but air drying is preferred to maintain the quality and longevity of the print.

Processing & Shipping


Order Processing Time:
Three day turnaround time, varies with order volume.

Please note: Turnaround time (TAT) remains the same regardless of the shipping option you select. The shipping method only affects transit time after the order is completed.

Shipping Costs:
All orders will have free shipping over $50.

Estimated Delivery Times:
The estimated delivery times for each shipping method are as follows:

USPS Standard: 3-7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not include order processing time.

Order Tracking:
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link to track their package. Customers can also log in to their account on our website to track their orders.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, including APO/FPO addresses, at this time. If you have any questions about shipping to specific locations, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Delivery:
Upon delivery, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the respective shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Customers are encouraged to contact our customer support team immediately if they encounter any problems with their shipment.

Change of Shipping Address:
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Order Tracking and Status:
Customers can check the status of their order and track their package by logging in to their account on our website. Alternatively, they can contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Holidays:
Please note that our shipping carriers observe certain holidays, which may impact the delivery time of your order. Common holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Hassle-Free Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products; however, please note the following policies regarding reprints and returns:

We do not provide free reprints for errors in the graphics submitted by customers. Reprints will only be issued if the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part.

As our transfers are custom-printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns.

Refunds will be processed exclusively for cases where the issue is verified to be due to our oversight.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide you with the best possible service.


Returns:

Eligibility: You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Easy Return Process: To request a return, simply contact our customer support team at studio.attire.company@gmail.com. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

Refund or Store Credit: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during checkout. If you prefer, we can also offer store credit for your future purchases.


Exchanges:

Eligibility: We understand that sizing or style preferences can change, which is why we offer exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Easy Exchange Process: To request an exchange, get in touch with our customer support team at studio.attire.company@gmail.com. Our team will assist you in selecting the new item and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on the first exchange within the eligible period, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective process.


Exclusions:

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Final sale items or items marked as "non-returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and exchanges to ensure the package's safe delivery.

Once your return or exchange is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the refund or exchange.
